In this workshop the participants will learn about the functions of a creative producer.
Starting how an idea comes about, how to follow it through, deciding which steps of development are to be taken to bring the idea to the state of presentation.
How to pitch it at the right place at the right time.The workshops will also deal with the development of finacial concepts and structure and the concept of deals and how to close these, up to the point of a distributing contract and/or a production contract.
More so the participants will learn about marketing strategies, the problems of "tactical" public relations and how to deal with the creative ego of authors, actors, directors, TV and distributing representatives.
